Formerly known as the Women’s Hydro Active, it’s ladies only for the adidas Women’s 5K Challenge. Choose from routes in Hyde Park London, City Centre Birmingham or Sefton Park Liverpool.
A 5k route is ideal for those of us who like to keep fit and have fun at the same time. Medal, t-shirt and goody bag for all participants!

Each year around 44,000 new cases of breast cancer are diagnosed in the UK and about 13,000 patients die of the disease. Against Breast Cancer funds unique research into breast cancer. Our aim is to find vital information to increase survival after diagnosis and ultimately to discover a vaccine against breast cancer.
