Shooting Star House Children's Hospice is making a real difference to the life-limited children and their families, who we are privileged to care for. Our dedicated Care Team offers holistic, family-centred care, focusing on the individual needs of the child, their parents and siblings.

Through respite, palliative and specialist end of life care, both in the hospice and in the comfort of the family's own home, we strive to enhance quality of life when every precious moment counts. We are there for our families through good times and more difficult times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

With no current, long-term statutory government funding, we rely on charitable voluntary fundraising and donations to provide the £2.5 million needed each year to maintain our essential care services.
