Training for and taking part in the adidas Women’s 5K Challenge is not just a brilliant way to help you look and feel great, but it can also be the first steps you take towards leading a healthier and more active lifestyle. While 5K will represent a different challenge for everyone, with the correct preparation the run is achievable by all. Indeed, getting in the right condition doesn’t have to be as torturous as you may think. So, in order to be in peak shape come September, we recommend that you follow a training schedule that will allow you to increase your fitness levels at a sensible and effective rate. The sooner you can get into the habit of regular exercise, the earlier you will start to feel the benefits. If you have not taken part in any exercise for a while, however, consulting the doctor should precede any training.
